Keith Siegmund
Keith has 20+ years of experience in facilitating strategy development and leading
process development and improvement. In his work as a consultant, Keith has successfully
led many Fortune 500 clients from vision and strategy to implementation and realization
of process improvements.
Keith’s approach focuses on education, collaboration, and involvement from
top-leadership teams to front line workers, allowing for maximum ownership and empowerment
that ensures changes are not temporary but fully embraced. He has facilitated strategy
development, coached and led process redesign and improvement and orchestrated Personnel
development across a diverse range of industry groups employing solid process fundamentals,
performance measures (Balanced Scorecard), Six Sigma methodology, Total Quality
Management and Continuous Improvement. His clients include top companies in the
Healthcare, Telecommunications, Publishing, Chemical Manufacturing, and Financial
industries.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science in MIS from University of Southern New Hampshire
and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Keith lives in Yardley, Pennsylvania with his wife, Randi, and his two children,
Shane and Jordan, while enjoying running, reading, and skiing.
Jim DeLaura
Jim has a wide skill set as a result of a multi-discipline career within a large
corporate environment and most recently an entrepreneurial startup within the financial
services industry.
Jim has 10 plus years of facilitating the implementation of total quality, coordinating
the preparation of the cross-functional quality strategic plans, heading up the
quality training and development program for a $100 million consumer products healthcare
unit. He has experience in problem solving, customer service/loyalty, process improvement,
leading effective teams, strategic planning, and organizational assessment including
against the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Niagara University and an
MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. The Financial
Times of London ranks the Simon School’s specialty programs 3rd in the world
for Finance, 4th in the world in Managerial Economics, and 8th in the world in Statistics.

Bob Smoot
Bob has over 25 years of experience managing manufacturing corporations, and has
had multiple successes in creating world-class organizations. After serving in the
military, Bob progressed through a multi-disciplined career encompassing Manufacturing,
Engineering, Human Resources, Finance and Senior Leadership.
Bob’s approach focuses on the financial, organizational and operational processes
of business, with emphasis on education and commitment from all levels of the organization
to ensure improved, sustainable results. He has implemented Continuous Improvement
programs, Leadership development and International Procurement programs within multiple
divisions of companies with sales of over $325 million dollars annually. Bob’s diverse
senior management positions have allowed him to experience all aspects of business
and provides him with a level of knowledge that is invaluable in today’s economic
environment.
Bob received his Bachelors of Science in Business from Chapman University in Orange,
California and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.
Bob lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife Linda and enjoys golf, reading and
travel.
